Yes. You can add as much detail as you like to product descriptions, including full ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and feeding guidelines. The rich text editor supports headings, lists, and formatted tables for clear ingredient breakdowns.
Can customers personalise collars with their pet’s name?
Absolutely. Any product can have a custom text field — just give it a label like “Pet name” or “Engraving text”. The customer types in their text on the product page, and it follows through to the order so you know exactly what to make.
How does weight-based shipping work?
You set up shipping zones (UK, Europe, worldwide) and define rates by weight bracket. A lightweight bandana ships cheaply, a heavy bed costs more. You can also set a free delivery threshold — for example, free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Can I handle complex variants like size × colour × hardware?
Yes, this is one of Haul’s strengths. You create reusable variant groups (Size, Colour, Hardware Type) and assign them to product templates. Each option can have its own price adjustment. A large collar in brass hardware can cost more than a small one in nickel — all handled automatically.
What does it cost?
Haul starts at £15/month with zero transaction fees. Reviews, stock control, discount codes, email templates, SEO tools, and the page builder are all included — no paid apps to add on top. You only pay Stripe’s standard card processing fee (1.5% + 20p).
