Can I migrate from Shopify or Etsy?
Yes. Haul supports CSV import for products, so you can export from Shopify or Etsy and import directly. Product images, variants, and descriptions all come across.
Do I need to be technical to use Haul?
Not at all. If you can use Etsy or Instagram, you can use Haul. Add products, manage orders, and customise your shop from a clean admin dashboard — no coding required.
What payment methods do you support?
Haul uses Stripe Checkout, which supports all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Payments go directly to your bank account — we never hold your money.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Point your domain to Haul and we handle SSL automatically. You also get a free subdomain on myhuskai.co.uk.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data is always yours — export products, orders, and customers as CSV at any time.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Never. Zero transaction fees on every plan. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fee (1.5% + 20p per transaction in the UK). That's it.
What about VAT?
Haul has built-in UK and EU VAT rates. If you're VAT registered, enable it in settings and Haul automatically calculates VAT, handles EU cross-border sales, and generates proper invoices with your VAT number.
How does support work?
Every plan includes email support — Starter gets a 48-hour response time, Pro gets 24-hour priority support. We also have an active Discord community where you can ask questions and share tips with other sellers.
What if Haul shuts down?
Your data is always yours. Export products, orders, and customers as CSV at any time. Your database is fully isolated — not shared with other shops — so there's no risk of data mixing. We're bootstrapped and profitable by design, not dependent on venture capital.
